Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relations between users and the Service regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Registration for the Service shall be completed when a registration applicant applies for registration by the method defined by the Service after agreeing to these Terms, and the Service approves the application.

Article 3 (Prohibited Matters)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the servers or networks of the Service, other users of the Service, or third parties
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service's services
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces in connection with the services of the Service

Article 4 (Suspension of the Service, etc.)

The Service may suspend or interrupt all or part of the provision of the Service without prior notice to users if it is determined that any of the following reasons exist:

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to the Service
• When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
• When a computer or communication line, etc., stops due to an accident
• In other cases where the Service determines that the provision of the Service is difficult
